My Guy.

The truth is that I cannot get enough of my son! He makes me laugh every single day and even through his trying times, I am in awe that God gave me the responsibility of mothering him. We have been visiting churches, which takes on a whole new concept when you have a child. Now, we are looking for a place that can support us, as a family, in growing closer to Christ, and focuses on gracefully caring for children. It is so neat to watch my little son as he grows into the person that God desires him to be.

All ready for church!

It is Joel's mini-me!

Coast Guard Day!

The Atlantic Strike Team finally celebrated Coast Guard Day this past weekend and we had a great time meeting everyone! It is so different being on a huge Army, Air Force, and Navy installation. So, it was nice to get together with people from the same service. We had great food, played some ball, and enjoyed the great cool day.

A rare picture of the two of us!

So happy to be out and about!

Did someone call for "The Ladies Man?"
Basically 'helping' with the electric cord.

Mmmmm, snickerdoodles.

Playing some basketball.

An Atlantic City helicopter came in and all of the kids went nuts! Titus loves anything that flies and he kept saying, "copter! copter!"

'Copter!

Anticipation...

Titus wanted to touch anything that had a warning!

Farewell Summer.

We ended Summer on some high notes here in New Jersey. We headed to Johnson's Corner Farm for an evening hayride, petting zoo, and fruit picking. It was so nice to feel the change in the weather and celebrate those last few late(r) sunsets. Then, I had the chance to celebrate Labor Day weekend with my girls, Kelly and Kristi, while Dad Ferguson came up to visit with us. It has been a great couple of weeks, and now we are looking forward to a wonderful Fall!

Titus feeding the goats.

Look at the baby!

Chowing down on a freshly picked apple.

Joel and Titus inspecting corn. As a side note, I have never in my life had corn as good as Jersey corn. I wish I could send you all bushels of them.

I think Titus has found his true sweetheart in Kristi. They couldn't get enough of each other.

Happy Half-Birthday!

Titus celebrated his half birthday in style! We had a cookies and cream cake, and he got his first Thomas train, which he adores (see pictures below)! We also decided to take a trip to the Philadelphia Please Touch Museum, which was wonderful! I look forward to bringing him back in the years to come! He is such a sweet boy and I am loving being able to stay at home with him!

Titus practices his lawn mowing skills.

Oh Captain, my Captain!

Holy Cow, this kid loved the carousel!

Just the boys!

Titus could touch these frogs and they made different noises.

This was possibly his most favorite thing to do at the museum. My little rocker.

Pounding out some sweet music.

He loved the piano and lights!

Of course, he found the ducks!

Look how little he looks next to that other kid! He held his own though.

Hiding out.

His first set of wheels.

Outside of the museum.

Never mind the cake, Titus only wanted to play with the train.

Happy One and a Half Years our sweet, loving boy!
