Christmas

We had a great Christmas in the Ferguson household! We even got some snow the weekend before, which lasted through Christmas. We had the chance to enjoy a great Christmas Eve service, which the Baby loved. I think the baby loves singing, especially hymns.....smart baby! Then we had our traditional Christmas Eve spread, consisting of little sandwiches, dips, veggies, fruit, etc. This tradition was started by Mom Stith and it is one that I am more than happy to carry on. Then, we snuggled up and watched the classic National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation, which we had already been quoting throughout the season. The next morning was spent having some Breakfast Enchaladas and watching the dogs overdose on dog treats. We are fortunate to have such generous friends and family, and we only wish we could have spent the day with them. But, despite all of the eating, baking, presents, and lack of family, we were truly happy and thankful to be celebrating the greatest Gift of all. A Gift we surely don't deserve, definitely cannot afford, and one that we desperately need. We hope your Christmas was happy and full of joy!
