A Day at the Zoo!

The weather has been simply beautiful here in KY and since my mom is on Spring Break this week, we thought we would take advantage of it! We visited the Cincinnati Zoo and had such a great time seeing all of the animals. Titus is an animal lover and had a great time pointing at everything.

Grammy and Titus checking out the White Lions.

Titus has a lot of stuffed elephants (wink:), so I think enjoyed seeing them in real life.

We even got to feed the giraffe. Maybe it reminded him of his dear Sophie toy?

This was by far Titus's favorite part of the day...the Train! He enjoyed seeing everything whiz by and waving to people at the crossings.

Beautiful Boy.

Getting up close and personal with a Polar Bear.

Don't you just love Easter? It has been gorgeous here in Kentucky and Spring has definitely sprung! All of the beautiful blooming flowers, green grass, and balmy weather is so comforting...I have been looking forward to this! What a master God is to come up with seasons and what a reflection they are of the new life we can expect in Christ!

My parents' church had a Fish Fry on Good Friday for the community. It was a great time!

Titus tried his first piece of baked fish and he was hooked!

The Easter Bunny brought Titus some goodies, which he couldn't wait to get into.

Yet another duck to add to his collection!

Playing with toys!

My two handsome men headed into Easter service. Just as a shout out, my Dad is a really, really wonderful pastor!

Titus posing in his sweet Easter romper.

Posing in the sunlight.

Titus even got to hunt for Easter eggs.

Here he is enjoying the Reese's cup inside...there goes the sweet little outfit!

Of course Titus found the brick fireplace and has promptly learned to crawl up on it.

So proud.

I cannot say that Titus loved these ears at all.

Hahahaha...this kid cracks me up. Here is Titus at Easter dinner. We have taught him to growl, and this is the result.

This picture gets me a little choked up, as these two have such a special bond and unfortunately will be separated for a little while. I love seeing my boys together!

Good-bye Connecticut!

We began the first part of our move from Connecticut to New Jersey/Pennsylvania! In the midst of all of the packing, painting, cleaning, and flooding, I didn't have the chance to take any picture of the move. That may be for the best though! It feels great to be moving on and out of New England. For the next month or so, we will be staying with my parents while Joel finishes up work. Here are some pictures before/during the move.

We took Titus to Brunch on our last Sunday in Connecticut. He is such a flirt when we go out and has to be in everyone's business while they are eating. Here he is loving on his Daddy.

The dessert table was right next to ours, so of course Titus stared at it the whole time.

We stopped in Carlisle, PA on the way to Kentucky and Titus got to go swimming in the pool again. He is becoming such a water baby!
