Florida Part Three Family Dinner

We got the chance to visit with my cousin, Justin and his wife Melanie, and their girls Megan and Madison. I have missed them so much and the kids had a blast together!

The gang.

Justin and Titus.

Of course Titus made friends with my aunt's dog, Duffer.

Enjoying the gorgeous weather!

Florida Part Two Brevard Zoo

We had the chance to go to the Brevard Zoo, which is just a fantastic place! They are so fortunate to have this place down there.

They have a little toddler area, where the kids can splash around and look at the animals. Here is Titus and Aunt Pam making sure the manatee is cooled off with water.

Checking out the fish.

Oh, I LOVE him! On the train to check out some more animals.

Feeding the giraffe.

Goofballs!

Florida Part One

Titus and I traveled to Florida to visit with family and attend my cousin, Brad's wedding. We had a great time and of course, it made me miss Florida so much:( Here are some pictures of the start of our adventure!

Titus loves planes, so this was a real treat. I do not know if he realized he was actually on a plane, but he kept looking out the window, saying "plane, plane!" Fantasy Island anyone?

We met up with my mom at the airport in Orlando. Titus asked to be cool, so my mom obliged.

At my Aunt Pam and Uncle Chuck's in Melbourne. These cranes came out everyday and made the sound of the velociraptors from Jurassic Park! Of course, Titus was enthralled!

Beautiful wildlife!

Picking some pumpkins!

We headed to Johnson's Farm to get some pumpkins. Unfortunately, we arrived too late for the hayride, so we left empty handed. Well, not exactly...we did partake in some apple cider donuts and caramel apples! We will be back to get those pumpkins!

Bend with your legs!

This one is my size!

Cider donut...mmmmm

Titus and his new tractor.

Back to our scheduled programming.

We have been so busy and when Joel called last night from New Orleans, he asked that I update the blog. I know I have been a slacker, but with Joel being gone, a trip to Florida, and just generally trying to enjoy the Fall weather, the blog went by the wayside. So, I will try to update everyone on what has been happening with the Fergusons!

Titus got his first cold of the season and before he left for New Orleans, Joel played the part of the doting Daddy! They went for a walk, Titus played in the mud, and when they got home, Joel stripped him down, made him some hot chocolate milk, and let him watch (of all things) Dukes of Hazard!

It would not have been my choice in television, but Titus seemed to love the cars!

My Guy.

The truth is that I cannot get enough of my son! He makes me laugh every single day and even through his trying times, I am in awe that God gave me the responsibility of mothering him. We have been visiting churches, which takes on a whole new concept when you have a child. Now, we are looking for a place that can support us, as a family, in growing closer to Christ, and focuses on gracefully caring for children. It is so neat to watch my little son as he grows into the person that God desires him to be.

All ready for church!

It is Joel's mini-me!

Coast Guard Day!

The Atlantic Strike Team finally celebrated Coast Guard Day this past weekend and we had a great time meeting everyone! It is so different being on a huge Army, Air Force, and Navy installation. So, it was nice to get together with people from the same service. We had great food, played some ball, and enjoyed the great cool day.

A rare picture of the two of us!

So happy to be out and about!

Did someone call for "The Ladies Man?"
Basically 'helping' with the electric cord.

Mmmmm, snickerdoodles.

Playing some basketball.

An Atlantic City helicopter came in and all of the kids went nuts! Titus loves anything that flies and he kept saying, "copter! copter!"

'Copter!

Anticipation...

Titus wanted to touch anything that had a warning!
